10/15 Amgen Lab 5 on Transformation of E. coli with a recombinant plasmid containing the rfp gene, ampicillin resistance gene, arabinose digestion gene.

10/16 observing results on the petri dishes of the controls and experimental results. Photograph sent to the teacher on email of the results.
